Yeah, a nice place. I only had a few beers but it was a nice atmosphere with decent service.
We often pass by here on our way back from the mountains, after 6.30pm you can already have a nice beer and eat. We particularly appreciated that they gave us the doggy bag with what we had left over, unfortunately after trips to the mountains it always seems like you want to eat a whole ox and then you never manage to finish it all. Highly approved!
Friendly waitresses, excellent bathrooms. If you can't find parking on the street there is a convenient square, you just need to be careful to turn left (if you are coming from the mountain) about 40m before the Bombardier sign.

Very generous portions, unfortunately the quantity clearly exceeds the quality. Very slow and unsynchronized service so if you are a group some will start eating much earlier than others and you will have finished the side dish (or it will have become cold) when the meat dish is finally served. The desserts are not bad and present well.

As for the dishes, I wasn't particularly satisfied: Piedmontese gnocchi ok, while I found the choice to include cream in the carbonara questionable, in addition to the excessive cooking of the egg which seemed almost to the level of an omelette.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the prices were super honest for the generous portions of the starters.
I found it decidedly uncomfortable to sit on the benches without a backrest for the entire duration of the dinner.
Nice pub, friendly staff and good food, I don't know if you can book but if you can it's worth it because it's very full. The cakes are very good.
The bomb is a historic place between Cuneo and the village! It's a good place to be when you're young because it's an excellent pub with plenty of space for tables too! It's also good with the family as they have slightly more secluded rooms where you can eat excellent dinners! The portions are always generous at low prices! Quality raw material!
